Here's the Our BMX edit with highlights of the BMX jumping event from one of the Anaheim Supercross events in January 2023.
First of all... exactly when did BMX six packs turn into mountain ranges? These jumps are HUGE. I remember working at a Supercross event in the early 1990's, and all the MX jumps, except the finish tabletop, were about 6 feet tall. Then I rode down to Sheep Hills a couple of days later, and KOD jump take off and landing were about 7 feet tall. I thought, "Holy crap, BMX jumps are taller than motocross doubles and triples now, that's nuts."
Now BMX rhythm sections are gigantic. Seriously, they're insane in size now. And then we see the crazy stuff they're pulling off now. This six minutes just blew my mind. Enjoy.
