-Rent powered hydrofoil surfboards on a local lake.
-Build a high quality outdoor mountain bike course.
-Build a high quality indoor mountain bike course.
-Build a mud bog race course.
-Build a film/video studio in an old building, then rent it out.
-Start a high intensity vegetable farm.
-Build a mushroom farm. 
-Start a goat yoga class.

You get the idea?  There are tons of different things you can do to make money in the post-Industrial Age economy.  Get creative.
